Visiting Fellowing

Zoë Miller is a Director of Government Affairs at the Foundation for Government Accountability.

Prior to joining FGA, she was the Director of Federal Affairs for the Texas Public Policy Foundation. She also served as a legislative director in the U.S. House of Representatives and as a staffer on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, where she handled executive and judicial nominations as well as constitutional and criminal policy issues.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Zoë first experienced the value of work while selling cookies as a Girl Scout. To her, work means being able to lift up one’s self, family, and community.
