Visiting Fellow
Sean Parnell is a Visiting Fellow with the Opportunity Solutions Project, focusing on election policy. He is also the senior legislative director for Save Our States, an organization that works to promote and defend the Electoral College. He was previously the president of the Center for Competitive Politics (now the Institute for Free Speech) and vice president for public policy at The Philanthropy Roundtable. He is the author of two books and received a B.A. in Economics from Drake University.
