Nick Adolphsen

Visiting Fellow

Nick Adolphsen is a visiting fellow at the Opportunity Solutions Project and brings with him nearly ten years of experience working with both the executive and legislative branches of government in Maine.

Nick previously served as a senior policy adviser to former Governor Paul R. LePage, acting as the Governor’s adviser for the state’s two largest administrative agencies, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Department of Administrative and Financial Services (DAFS).

He also previously served as the director of government relations and policy at the Maine DHHS, where he worked as a senior adviser to the Commissioner. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maine.
